  10. Issues raised a. You, as the proposed General Chair, should submit a budget that is approved by the IEEE Sensor Council (contact persons: VP of Finance and the VP of Conferences). b. The different chairs should consist of a balanced international mix, not just people from Ireland. To be discussed between GC and VP of Conferences. c. The national and governmental commitments that were mentioned by you in the bid should be made more clear: what is the expected financial commitment. d. Proposed conference dates needs to be approved by the IEEE (contact person VP of Conferences). e. Conference-space layout plan approved by the University of Limerick.
