  13. Steps to Create a LightPath TL1 Tool-kit TL1-Command Server DataBase • Use TL1-toolkit to query real-time status • Check if path is supported • Check if bandwidth is supported • Execute the SPF algorism to find the best path • Setup the connection between devices • Synchronize the database
