  2. 結算期內各次提出結算申請的日期 14b 帳戶資料查詢–主頁 於主頁可查閱： 您的公積金制度註銷登記日期及 結算期限屆滿日期 帳戶資料查詢 –主頁 溫馨提示：供款人可自訂定其有權取得的權益歸屬比率之批示摘錄公佈日起 計5年內，向本會提出結算所有帳戶或最多分3次結算帳戶的申請。
