SWARM • You can enter the Facility Name, WDID, physical address, or zip code • You can also select a city(s), county(s), or region(s) from three dropdown menus. • The reporting period defaults to the current year • You can also enter a report receipt date • Walk through of a SWARM report • Drill down capability
