Requires Colleges and Universities across the United States: - to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses - to current and prospective students and employees - Timely Warnings - Institutions with a police or security department must have a publiccrime log - U.S. Department of Education centrally collects and disseminates the crime statistics Crime Statistics: Available for the last 3 years Daily Crime Activity & Fire Log ( Police Website) www.utep.edu/police TXDPS - Public Sex Offender Registry: https://records.txdps.state.tx.us/DPS_WEB/.../index.aspx?
