Release 2009A Product Features • No conflict room booking • An optional feature to detect room conflicts when scheduling sessions. • Prevents library staff from scheduling more than one program section to be held in the same room at the same time. • introduces the Room Calendar to assist staff in scheduling sessions and in resolving room conflicts. While similar to the Program Calendar that is available to the public, the Room Calendar displays programs by room rather than by program name.
