  2. Background: Working in the city can be stressful and tiring. Spas can be expensive. How can normal people who don’t have free time or money relax their aching muscles after a busy day?

  3. Problem: • Most shower brushes do not include soap use as a part of their design • The ones that do only accommodate for liquid body washes, and are often battery powered or difficult to use

  4. Problem: • Changing the head of the brush from cleaning to massage can be difficult with wet hands • Wouldn’t it be easier to have a shower brush that cleans, lathers, and massages all at once?

  5. Solution: Introducing S3: The Massage Shower Brush Cleansing, Lathering and Massaging all at once without the trouble of changing heads or batteries. A Green invention for people of all ages.

  6. Product Specs: • The S3 Massage Shower Brush is made from durable plastic and polyurethane, with soft foam on the massagers and handle. • The arm of the brush is slightly curved to allow for a more ergonomic use, with less stress on the arm as it reaches over the shoulder to scrub. • The sponge is all natural, coming straight from the ocean, and the bar soap is supplied by 100% natural Lush cosmetics, complete with 2 holes to fit on the soap holder as part of a franchise deal.

  7. Target Market • Because the product is made from natural products and requires no batteries or changing of parts, the S3 Brush is recommended for any and everyone • The curved handle is ideal for those with arthritis or rheumatic disorders, and has a long yet light structure so even kids can keep clean • The inexpensive construction of this product means that anyone can afford spa luxury at home. A plastic construction means it is durable and will not splinter like conventional wooden brushes

  8. Research: • Donald A. Norman’s The Design of Everyday Things • Amazon.com, for a comparative look at the shower product market • American Standard, a leading company in bathroom fixtures • Avon, a popular provider of soaps and cosmetics • Bath and Bodyworks, for competitive products • Lush Cosmetics, for all-natural soap solutions
