Characters Martha was the one who bought the dog and Granny was the one who made her promise Gus was a dog Berger boy was a resterant and,Helen was the dog and Mom and dad is Marthas parents.
Summary The story is about a dog named Martha. Is a great communicator she always talks. One day she ate a bowl of soup and she ate it all up. Now one day but sudently she talked like she was sick but they were wondering what it was she was talking like WOGO. WHIHG OUPO. So she smelled the soup from her nose and she followed the smeel from the house she ate the soup and sang the A B C a b c d e f g h I j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y and z now I have all 26 . She went to nanys to get some some soup but she spoiled them all.
Conflict • The problem is that Granny was letting go of her promise it was every letter in every can but she did not she said that why do we need those letters ?this is not school ! So she let them go.
Resolution The problem that they solved is the dog saved Granny to make more soup . now the dog can have a can of soup.
