The top plate of Loadout Chute #1 at EDCO La Mesa Terminal Station has broken away from its base and is currently secured only by the welded ends. This structural issue could potentially impact operations. Photos documenting the damage have been captured by Stephen Kelley for further inspection and assessment of necessary repairs.
