  2. PROM Ticket Sales • Tickets are sold now-March 28th during A-Day lunches in the cafeteria. No tickets will be sold after March 28th. • Tickets are $75.00 each. This includes entrance to PROM, T-shirt, food (chocolate fountain, cheese trays, desserts), drinks, parking, and entertainment. • Professional photos will be available at an additional cost. Bring cash if you would like to purchase professional photos!

  3. SENIOR PROM • PROM is held at Embassy Suites in Frisco, TX. Embassy Suites information is printed on each PROM ticket. • PROM hours are from 9:00PM-12:00. Conference center doors close at 10:30PM. If you are not in the dance at 10:30PM you will not be permitted in. • There are other PROMs going on the same night; you may not go to other areas of Embassy Suites; only to CHS PROM.

  4. Entering and leaving PROM • Once you leave PROM (even if it’s to the parking lot/your car), you will not be permitted to re-enter. • Do not pay to park in the parking garage; parking has been pre-paid. Indicate to the parking attendant that you are there for the CHS PROM. • You may not go through the Embassy Suites to get to PROM; you must enter through the back of the conference center.

  5. Senior Prom guests • If your date does not attend CHS, they must have a Guest Form filled out and turned into Mrs. Davis in the front office by March 28th. Guest Forms are available now from Mrs. Davis in the front office. • Guests may not be any more than three years removed from high school. • Seniors may invite underclassmen to the PROM, but the senior must purchase the tickets and note them as a guest. • Guests are expected to follow the same expectations and dress code as CHS students!

  6. Dress Code: Gentlemen • Dress Suit and Tie or Tuxedo. • No jeans, cutoffs, flip flops or tennis shoes. • Non-formal headwear (baseball caps, do rags, bandannas, etc.) will not be allowed. Formal dress hats that go with the tuxedo or suit are acceptable.

  7. Dress code: Ladies • Modestly cut in the front so as not to show too much cleavage; plunging necklines are not allowed for this event. • Two-piece or see-through/mesh tops or bra-top-type dresses are not acceptable for this event. • Dresses may not be cut below the bust line on the sides. With your arms down at your side, if flesh touches flesh below the bust line on the sides, the dress is inappropriate for this event.

  8. Dress code: Ladies • Midriffs should not be exposed in front, back and side. All dresses must cover the midriff region with no sheer fabric. • Dresses should not be cut lower that the midriffs and the top of the waist in the back. No dresses with cut-outs in the front or back of the dress. • Dresses may not have a slit on the side, in the front or back that is higher than finger tip length in a standing position.

  9. Dress code: Ladies • Lace-up dresses that are open to the top of the waist must have material attached behind the laces, covering the lower back. Fabric inserts that make the dress acceptable must be sewn to the dress and not pinned or taped. • Undergarments should not be visible. • All dress alterations must be permanent - No quick fixes at the door will be made in order to make the dress acceptable.

  10. Dress code: Ladies • No cover-ups (coats, shawl, wraps, and/or sweaters) will be allowed over dresses in order to make them meet the dress code. • Strapless dresses, spaghetti strap dresses, one strap dresses and/or halter top dresses that have none of the above mentioned violations ARE ALL APPROVED dresses for prom.

  11. Dress code: Ladies • Students will NOT be allowed into the dance if their dresses do not meet the dress code. • If you have questions about your dress, please see Mrs. Maphies. You are welcome to bring your dress or a picture of your dress for pre-approval. • Money will not be refunded if you choose not to follow any of the PROM guidelines.
