Steps from Order Placement to Delivery • Sale is made • Order is processed • You transfer to Neesvig’s the order information including: Name, Address, Phone, Order Number, Gift Number, Delivery Date requested, etc. • Neesvig’s begins the fulfillment process • We will follow any special instructions set by our customer, including adding special inserts or sales materials to the order. • Each frozen product is inspected before being packed inside a reusable Styrofoam cooler with Dry Ice to arrive frozen on the customer’s doorstep.
