  2. About us • Value Designbuild Pvt. Ltd. (VDB) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company incorporated in 2002 under the provisions of The Companies Act, 1956. Based out of Bangalore, VDB is engaged in property development and design-build services and has all approvals and registrations required - Income Tax, KVAT, Service Tax, etc. The company is an active member of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India), Bangalore, the apex body for private real estate developers in India. • VDB is headed by Koshy Varghese, a professional with over 30 years of experience in real-estate development, construction and architecture. Prior to starting VDB, he has held senior positions in leading international firms including WJ Towell, Oman National Development Company, Prestige Estate Projects and Scotts India among others.
