    5. Definitions Fever 0-90 days: >100.4 F = 38 C >90 days: >102.2 F = 39 C Fever without a Source (FWS) in 20% Serious Bacterial Infections (SBI) in <10% Bacteremia in 3% ? 1% Urinary tract infections in 7% Meningitis in <1% Bone and joint infections Pneumonia Enteritis
