The Case. An 89 yo woman transferred from Mary Lane via Life Flight with hypotension and hyponatremia after an inferior wall MI.. At Mary Lane an EKG was performed, showing S-T elevations in leads II, III, and aVF as well as Q waves in III and aVF. Troponin was positive, CK was 314 with MB 34.. S
