  8. Operating Cash Flows (OCF) • OCF = NOPAT + Depreciation • Nopat = EBIT x (1-T) • Therefore OCF = EBIT x (1-T) + Depreciation • EBIT = Operating Profit (Earnings before Interest and Tax)
