Điều Hành Dự Án • OBJECTIVES – WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE • PURPOSES – WHY ARE WE DOING THIS • PROJECT SCOPES (before, during, after) • MILESTONES (what takes us to the end stage ?) • PROJECT BUDGET – state the budget for the project and identify funding sources • CRITERIA FOR SUCCESS – How Do We Know We Succeed? Something measurable • COMMUNICATION PLAN – How often do we meeting with HT or HS to review project status, discuss issues/risks, how often do we send out project status? How are we going to communicate to the stakeholders (ppl who will be impacted by from this project, How are we going to promote our project to the community)

Some suggestion to accomplish this: • Begin with praise and honest appreciation • Call attention to people’s mistakes indirectly • Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person • Ask questions instead of giving direct orders • Let the other person save face • Praise the slightest improvement, and praise every improvement. Be “hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise.” • Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to • Use encouragement. Make the fault seem easy to correct • Make the other person happy about doing the thing you suggest
