Supplementary Figure S5 Characterisation of P-FOXO3a-(Ser-7) antibody The non-phosphorylated (dephospho)and phosphorylated (phospho) peptides coupled to ovalbumin were serially diluted and spotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. The membranes were then immuno-blotted with P-FOXO3a (Ser-7) antibody, in the presence of non-phosphorylated peptide antigen (+ dephosphopeptide) or the phosphorylated peptide antigen (+ phosphopeptide).
