  2. 一、VLC • VLC 多媒體播放器（最初為VideoLAN Client，是VideoLAN計劃的開放原始碼多媒體播放器。）支援眾多音訊與視訊解碼器及檔案格式，並支援DVD影音光碟，VCD影音光碟及各類串流協定。 • 支援youtube下載的檔案格式mp4、flv及Realplayer的rwmb等…。 • 一套系統可以對附所有的撥放格式。 ★引用自Wiki百科

  3. 二、下載及安裝VLC • 下載網址：http://www.videolan.org/ • 按紅框處下載：

  4. 二、下載及安裝VLC • 將檔案儲存後再安裝即可。

  5. 二、下載及安裝VLC • 執行右上圖示。 • 如右下圖，一直選擇下一步直到安裝完畢。

  6. 二、下載及安裝VLC • 按確定完畢。

  7. 三、撥放光碟(VCD&DVD) • 選擇「媒體」來開啟光碟。

  8. 三、撥放光碟(VCD&DVD) • 選擇「開啟光碟」

  9. 三、撥放光碟(VCD&DVD) • 選擇撥放的光碟格式及光碟機，再按「撥放」。

  10. 四、更換面版 • 面版http://www.videolan.org/vlc/skins.php下載網址 • 按紅框處 here下載。

  11. 四、更換面版 • 將下載的資料解壓縮。 • 將下載的資料複製到下列資料夾 C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\skins

  12. 四、更換面版 • 選擇「工具」->「preference」

  13. 四、更換面版 • 將紅框處打勾。

  14. 四、更換面版 • 在藍框中選取C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\skins 中的瀏覽面版選取其中一個，重開後即可。
