  1. AL SANTISIMO SACRAMENTO ¡Cuántas horas ahí esperándome para hablarme, para decirme que me quieres, que todo lo has hecho por mí y mis hermanos!

  2. ¡Cuántos sufrimientos hasta dar la vida, cuánto derroche de amor!

  3. De sobra sé, Señor, que me quieres, que me esperas, y que me necesitas, tú que eres mi Dios y mi Señor.

  4. Pero la seducción de las cosas me hacen olvidarme de ti, la vida de ajetreo diario me agota y, aunque tengo tiempo, nunca lo encuentro para ti.

  5. Sé también que cuando estoy contigo me siento reanimado y fortalecido para el trabajo diario.

  6. Tú que eres mi alimento, dame vida. Tú que eres mi vida, dame tu vida como alimento.

  7. Que yo sepa estar con los que más te necesitan

  8. para que puedan ver en mi ayuda algo de tu presencia.

  9. Intentaré que a nadie le falte el pan de tu presencia, ni el pan de tu palabra, ni el pan de cada día.

  10. Jesús, verdaderamente presente, que note siempre tu presencia. Amén.
