  2. 2014 Downing-Frye Realty,Inc. Pending Sales Continue to Climb • As of March 21,2014, Downing-Frye Realty, Inc. agents have turned in 1,067 pending sales contracts. For the same period ( January 1 – March 21 ) in 2013, Downing-Frye agents turned in 1,012 pending sales. This 5% increase in pending sales contracts is significant because last year was a very strong year for sales. The bottom line is that it has been a very busy year so far.
