  3. SO THEREFORE, WHAT? • STATE WHAT IMPACT THIS PROGRAM OR INITIATIVE WILL HAVE ON THE BUSINESS. • USE NUMBERS, IF AVAILABLE/POSSIBLE. (FOR EXAMPLE, THIS PROGRAM IS PROVEN TO INCREASE EMPLOYEE RETENTION RATES BY 5%).

  4. DETAILS OF PROGRAM • INCLUDE ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION ON THE PROGRAM AS WELL AS THE PLANNED IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VARIOUS TASKS.

  5. BUSINESS OBJECTIVE ALIGNMENT • INCLUDE INFORMATION ON THE BUSINESS OBJECTIVE OR OBJECTIVES THAT THIS PROGRAM ALIGNS TO AND SUPPORTS.
