New On-Boarding Features in IdMAX 3/24 • Ability in the “Create Identity” process to Save an Identity Record for a short period of time without submission into the Identity Process Workflow • Deleted 30 days after last modified date • Will not overwrite an existing Identity • Expanding Invitation Process • Existing “terminated” identities • Foreign Nationals

  4. Check In – Check Out/NASA Access Management System • The following items have been moved from CICO to NAMS: • All IT Applications • RSA Token • Code/Group Folders • Functional email accounts • SharedFolders • Additional items are being identified to move over in a phased approach

  5. Check in – Check Out Reminders • A Person record must be created before a Check In record for all non Civil servant personnel who are new to NASA • Comments need to be entered in the both sections, comments and justification (cut and paste) • The Check Out process is 3 pages (demo to follow) • When checking out a Detailee, enter a note stating what equipment is being taken with the detailee (e.g. Blackberry, laptop, etc.) and to which center so ODIN knows what equipment needs to be picked up • Make sure to close records and complete Check-out requests or your division could continue to be billed for equipment • There are currently over 500 old Check Out records being closed by HITSS

  6. Check Out Checklist • The Check Out Checklist for Civil Servants and Contractors has been updated and can be found at http://itcd.hq.nasa.gov/cico.html • The Check Out Checklist is no longer delivered to HRMD once completed • Still can be used as a guide for departing employees and contractors

  7. Check Out After you select verification emails you will select OK on the next screen
