  4. Japan Football Association 具体的施策 １．役割分担 　　←Ｃ級（松尾①・北川②）⇔１人ｽｸｰﾙﾏｽﾀｰ制 　　←Ｄ級　⇔指導実践必須 　　　伊藤（県北）　、吉永（宇佐・高田）、金子（別府） 佐藤・向（大分）、佐竹（県南） ２．ペアリング 　　←　新規ｲﾝﾄﾗはＣ級開催のアシスタントに入る　 ３．コーチングスキルの向上　 　　　⇔実践力の向上、ﾍﾞｸﾄﾙ合わせ 　　←研修会の実施（ﾓﾃﾞﾙ地区ﾄﾚｾﾝ等での実践）
