  4. Gather and analyze information applicable • 前鋒辱罵教練被開除 在法國隊0：2輸給墨西哥隊的比賽中場休息期間，多梅內克在更衣室裏要求阿內爾卡在場上不要四處跑動，要待在自己的位置上，結果招致侮辱性的回擊。之後，足協正式宣佈將阿內爾卡驅逐出隊的決定。

  5. Gather and analyze information applicable • 誰洩露了球隊內訌的消息 • 前鋒阿內爾卡認為，在輸球後每個人都有怒火要發洩，自己與教練多梅內克的爭吵只是一次簡單的更衣室衝突事件，這樣的事情在其他球隊也會發生。但由於有人刻意將此事洩露給媒體，才導致法國足協不得不將他開除，因此他相信有人希望看到法國隊混亂。

  6. Gather and analyze information applicable • 法國隊全體球員集體罷訓 • 在法國足協做出將前鋒阿內爾卡開除出隊的決定後，法國隊全體球員集體離開訓練場，並寫公開信來表達自己的不滿，球員們認為這麼重大的一件事情，法國足協竟然沒有和他們商量。

  7. Identify and apply an appropriate tool for solving problems • 加強教練與選手們之間的溝通 在每場比賽結束後，應選擇處理情緒以外的 問題，使團隊愈挫愈勇並增進表現。 • 彼此鼓勵，提升團隊士氣 • 身為一個備受社會大眾矚目的團隊，表現失常時更不應該氣餒，要隨時記得當初的信念”All together for a new dream.” • 教練也應多以鼓勵代替責備的方式來和球員們相處，畢竟過程有努力才是最重要的!
