This week's announcements include a warm welcome to our new student, Justice, who joined our class last week. Thank you to all the students for making him feel at home! Don't forget to submit your $12 for the field trip along with your permission slip. While there's no review week, we will proceed with Unit 6 in Reading and have assessments this Friday. Mark your calendars for important dates: Global Scholar testing from April 28–May 2, Field Day on May 9, and our Field Trip on May 14. Lastly, the last day of 2nd grade is May 29!

Mrs. Evans’ Bunch Announcements: • WELCOME to our new friend, Justice! He joined us last week. We are so glad to have him in our class! Your student did a fantastic job making him feel welcomed. They even “argued” over who would get to sit by him, etc. A huge thank you to them all for making him feel welcome! • Don’t forget to get your field trip money turned in ($12) along with your permission slip and whether you are buying a lunch from the school or bringing a lunch from home. Thanks! • We will not have a review week this week even though we are done with Unit 5 in Reading. We will go ahead and move onto Unit 6.
