  6. I have worked with many scrum masters, and Venkat is one of the very best. The role of scrum master requires a blend of skills, and very few people find a mix that works for very long. I've noticed that Venkat's "secret recipe" is that he brings a seriousness to the project that in turn seems to bring out the best in people -- respect for one another and the work in hand. He manages people and process with a quiet confidence, and I recommend him as an asset to any other team that he might lead in the future.
