Administration??? • We need the administration because: • Project progress monitoring • Reporting the costs • Communication tracking • Who is responsible for administration: • GKV – overall coordination, money transfer, SC management • PCT – partner coordination, technical issues • TECOS – cost reporting, SC management Pro4Plast, contract number COLL-CT-2006 030205

Budget situation for the 2nd Year • For all the partners, the budget for the 2nd year is prepared • All the partners will get their budget distribution by the November 23rd 2007 • The costs reports must be sent to TECOS by: • 10th of December 2007 for months 13 – 15 (September, October, November) • 5th of Februry for month 16 and 17 (December, January) Pro4Plast, contract number COLL-CT-2006 030205

Budget situation for the 2nd Year • …but • In the first year some of the RTD partners worked more and had more costs – but not more founding, as foreseen in the General contract • In the second year, before the payment in month 19, the request for the budget re-distribution may be filed in to correct the budget situation • For this, please use accurate and up to date budgets and prepare good cost reports Pro4Plast, contract number COLL-CT-2006 030205
