BoardDocs BoardDocs is • Software that can “improve communications, reduce costs and ease the process of producing board meeting packets.” • Software that can move the College to a “state-of –the art paperless solution” for preparing, disseminating, and archiving the Board’s agendas, board books, and policies.

BoardDocs • BoardDocs • Is used by over 700 organizations, including 13+ California Community Colleges and many California school districts. • Provides initial set up and training • Can be used for policy development and publication among many other customizable features: calendar integration, document annotation, automated minutes generation, etc.

  4. Cost • $1000 initial set up and training that includes travel for trainers • $9000/year for BoardDocs service for unlimited users, 24 x 7 technical support, and unlimited software enhancements and updates
