Operations – 2006 Accomplishments

In 2005, we streamlined the check-in process for volunteer celebrations and implemented credit card processing for walk-in attendees at dinner meetings. Our 2006 milestones include rolling out Cvent for meeting invitations, resulting in a remarkable 100% increase in monthly chapter dinner meeting attendance, an 80% rise at Alpharetta L-N-L events, and a 70% boost at Downtown L-N-L gatherings. We also initiated a year-long 25th Anniversary Celebration and developed a comprehensive Operations Staffing Model, creating volunteer positions to bolster our operations.
