  1. ICPS 1 • Energis have withdrawn from the trial. Any OLOs wishing to participate in the trial to respond by Wed, 21 March. • Featurenet Embark may be excluded from ICPS. OLOs with any concerns re this to respond by Wed, 28 March. • The ICPS Implementation Group is meeting weekly on Thursdays at 10am.

  2. ICPS 2 • New versions of the Process Manual (Issue 2) and the Product Description (Issue 3.1) have been agreed and posted on the Oftel website. • Trialist documentation/plans and the IT Automation Spec are awaiting agreement and will be posted on the Oftel website.

  3. ICPS 3 • The Auditor Functional Specification is currently being finalised. • A revised draft of Schedule 142 has been provided by BT. The aim is to have this agreed by the end of March. • Other documentation will be finalised over the next 10-12 weeks.

  4. ICPS 4 • BT’s Front-End System Development has now begun. This is for a monthly system capacity of 500k. This development is now expected to be complete on 24 May. The ICPS Trial will then take place with commercial launch expected on 18 June. • Operators wishing to participate in ICPS should provide forecasts of estimated transactions to BT.
