  2. Spray your stencil in the center of a piece of paper larger than your project.

  3. 2. Cut your stencil out of the big piece of paper. 3. Save both pieces.

  4. 4. Lay the “mask” stencil over your background.5. Tape the mask down at its edges to hold it secure. My background

  5. 6. Spray the area with a light color spray paint.

  6. 7. Spray over the area again with the color you want as your stencil background.

  7. 8. Place your stencil on top of the mask where you want the image to go.9. Spray a thin coat of black paint.10. Let it dry.11. Repeat step 9 and 10.

  8. 12. Remove the mask and stencil. To add more glow around your image,13. Place the mask cut out over your spray painted image. Image without glow. Image covered with mask cut out.

  9. 14. Spray the glow color around the mask cut out.

  10. 15. Remove the mask cut out.
