  4. IDM - Stats GEI Plans - 781 total plans for 11-12 school year • New: 224 or 29% Intervention Type: • Supplemental: 343 or 44% • Intensive: 181 or 23 % • **more time on documentation than on instruction…if we spend more time on instruction, then we should see fewer kids needing plans

  5. IDM - Stats AREAS: Reading: 405 or 52% Math: 275 or 35% Written Language: 35 or 4% Behavior: 61 or 8% Physical/Motor/Sensory: 6 or 1% Science: 0 **where would we put our focus within core instruction and CIC?

  6. IDM – SIAC Goal #2 Current State SIAC Goal Type Goal 80% of K-5 and 6-12 students receiving intervention services will be At Standard (k-5) or receive a passing grade (6-12) in English, Math, Social Studies, and Science

  7. SIAC Goal…Reflective Questions Do we want goals that are deeper than passing grades—the why questions? Why is a student failing? Those conversations need to happen frequently based on data—this is the work of our collaborative teams and our administrators.
