TVET Colleges • Partnerships: any lessons learnt from current partnerships? • Local needs: how can colleges be made to be responsive to local needs and interests? • Student placements • Increased access and its impact on current budgets, is this sustainable? • HEIs autonomous, therefore not compelled to accept students with college qualifications. • Should HEIs be compelled to do this?

TVET Colleges • Colleges as bridging institutions for learners without HEI entrance requirements. • Defining current pathways more clearly. • Quotas? • Lifting profile of TVET colleges. • Plans for NEETs? • Reinstatement of Report 191 Business courses from N1 to N3? • SETA efforts on their support for TVET colleges.

  4. TVET Colleges • Accessibility of colleges. • A study on drop-out rates. • College registration with learning contracts already in place.
