  1. Famous Shiva Temples in India Famous Shiva Temples There are twelve temples of the most famous Shiva in India which are considered Jyotirlingas Lord Shiva. In fact, the Jyotirlingas is a radiant sign of the Lord, which is manifested in Himself. When a person reaches a higher level of overrun, he can see the otherlings as columns of fire that penetrate the earth. The legends of Lord Shiva are also linked to the Beethas of Devi Sati (Shakti). The tremendous faith of people in Lord Shiva is testimony to their miracles and legends.

  2. 1. Kedarnath Temple, Uttaranchal Kedarnath Temple of Lord Shiva is located near the banks of the Mandakini River in Garhwal Himalayas. The highly revered Hindu pilgrimage circle includes the Kedarnath temple in Shiva. Besides this, the temple is also one of the twelve halls of the Lord. The temple can be reached for six months (April - November / Akshia Tretia - Kartek Purnima) due to extreme weather conditions. During winter, the god is transferred to Achimath for another six months. To reach Kedarnath Temple, you must walk 14 kilometers from Gaurikund.

  3. 2. Somnath Temple, Gujarat Although it has been destroyed and built several times, the faith of the pilgrims in the temple of Somnath reigns peacefully. The temple is one of the twelve showrooms of Lord Shiva dating back to the pre-649 AD. The current structure was built in 1947 in the architectural style of Chalukia. If you have to believe in legends, this place is where Lord Krishna wrapped his purple on earth and descended from his heavenly adobe.

  4. 3. Malakarjuna Swami Temple, Andhra Pradesh This is one of 275 Paadal Petra Sthala, which is revered in the verses of Saiva Nayanars. Lord Shiva is believed to have been the priest of the Heretic and Lord Shiva and Parvati appeared before him. In addition, this beautiful temple was built by the Vijayanagar Empire in its distinctive architecture.
