  11. CONCLUSION • Our headcount keep going up especially part-time headcount increases a lot with 988 new IA recruitment this WKM. Head- count • PFYP peaks to 6.9B this WKM, highest in this year. • Fulltime and part time productivity reaches the best record. • First month IA production improves a lot, around 37% of new IA can sell policy in their first arrival month. PFYP
