Via I-75 I-75 south towards Detroit to the Warren Ave. exit (53A).  Turn right at the light onto Warren Ave.   Get into the left lane and at the first traffic light turn left onto St. Antoine and you will see the sign for Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine on the right in the second block south of Warren Ave.

  3. Via the Lodge US 10, the Lodge Freeway, towards Detroit. From the Lodge, take Exit 3 (Forrest Ave./Warren Ave.) and stay in the left lane. You will turn before the traffic light, making a “U” turn over the expressway back onto the John C. Lodge Service Drive going north one block. Turn right on Warren Avenue and go to the seventh (7th) traffic light, which is St. Antoine and turn right. We are in the second block on the right. Look for the sign for Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
