Langley Area Mostly British Motor Club is not responsible for the any injuries, liabilities or lost or stolen merchandise at or during the event. No space(s) will be held. 2. Selling starts at 10 am. 3. No refunds of registration will be made unless cancellation in writing is received 3 days prior to the event. 4. Additional tables / Space may be available -see Organizers on site 6. Participants are not allowed to sell food unless authorized by the organizers. 7. No tables shall be sublet or transferred without permission of organizers. 8. Tear down will not be allowed prior to closing of the Sales area at 4 pm October 14. 9. Participants must ensure all materials, garbage and sale merchandise is removed at the end of the event. 10. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Discretion is requested in all areas. 11.
