Introduction At Supper Club, we are honored that Paulist Center community members bake homemade desserts to be served to our guests. They’re a special treat for our guests and a special, personal, generous gift from the Paulist Center community.
Plates are prepared before the meal to have 7 desserts on each plate. Whether each table received cupcakes, cookies, brownies or any other dessert, each table should receive one plate. (Some guests may want a cupcake instead of the cookies his/her table gets. To be fair, we need to give each table it’s plate and let them trade from there.)
Trays are loaded with desserts and served in the same order that meals are served.
Trays are loaded with desserts and served in the same order that meals are served. So we always serve desserts in the same order. From the tables closest to the door to the farthest. 1
