  2. 一、MEDLINE数据库的概况 • MEDLINE(Medllars Online ,医学文献联机数据库)是由美国国立医学图书馆编辑的世界公认的最具权威的大型医学数据库。

  3. 收录情况 • 1966-至今 • 70多个国家40多个语种的4800余种期刊的题录与文摘 • 75%以上的文摘为英文 • 月更新

  4. 学科范围 • 临床医学、基础医学、护理学、牙科学、环境医学、药物学、卫生管理、医学保健和信息科学等领域。

  5. 内容与以下三种印刷检索工具相对应： • Index Medicus （医学索引) • Index to Dental Literature(牙科文献索引) • International Nursing Index(国际护理索引)

  21. 通配符号“?”的运用 • “？”可代替词中的任何一个字母或符号（注意：不能用于首字母或字符）如: vaccin?; v?ccin?

  22. 截词符号“*”的运用 “*”可代替词尾的0-n个字母,如: vaccin*,可以查出所有含有vaccin的文献,如： vaccina ; vaccine; vaccines; vaccination; Vaccinium ; vaccinated ; post-vaccinal ; Post-vaccination; vaccine-naïve 如： postoperati* in AB
