  4. BLACK HERITAGE SOCIETY MLK HOLIDAY EVENTS • BHS MLK “Feed The Hungry” Food Drive • January 15, 2012 • Food Drive & Feed @ Location – TBD • 10:00 am – 2:00 pm • Local Media, Food Drive Partners, will promote , feed, and collect food for the Houston Food Bank and Houston’s Homeless

TITLE SPONSORSHIPMEDIA PACKAGE • Company’s Event Presentation acknowledgment in conjunction with Black Heritage Society for all events. • Radio Advertisement and/or company name mentions will be included in all event advertisement; radio station street hits at designated company stores or locations. • Television Advertisement (Billboard) will include company logo as official sponsor included in all revenue and PSA’s (public service announcements), cable and network. • Newspaper & Print Advertisement will include company’s logo as official sponsors inside or outside of program brochure/souvenir book, press releases, promotional post cards, etc. (2) program book full page ads, inside front page and outside back page cover. • Company’s logo and/or links will be placed on producer’s website. • Company will receive (3) 10 X 10 display spaces in the designated areas. • Four (4) corporate “Mountain Top” Gala table of (10) ten. • Promote Company’s Sponsored Private Party or Event • Two (4) Banner signage @ 4’W x 10’L inside of the event. • Shared Public Data, i.e., email, facebook, twitter, etc.

Bronze SponsorshipMedia Package • Newspaper & Print Advertisement will include company’s logo as official sponsors in all ads including, souvenir book, press releases, etc. (1/4 page program ad) • Company’s logo or link on producer’s program event website. • One (1) event venue display booth in designated areas. • 1 Company display Banner • Four (4) Tickets “Mountain Top” Gala. • Six (6) ticket to private events.

  13. Media Demograhics All packages will include participating stations primary demographics, AQH Compositions, Gender Compositions, market strengths and weaknesses. The right sponsors (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) will share advertisement opportunities that will reach more than a million viewers and listeners during the promotional and parade activities. Each package will include numerous over the air mentions, personalized company ads, radio station street hits.
