  2. ¿Cuál es el problema? • En la actualidad, nuestro equipo de trabajo no ha logrado conjugar e integrar las funciones, talentos, habilidades y fortalezas individuales de cada uno de los miembros de la fuerza de ventas, tanto de POS (Point of Sale), como PM (Promoción Médica).

  3. Determinar el Problema: POS PM

  4. HERRAMIENTAS: • Retroalimentación 360. • Técnicas de Comunicación. • Conocer el trabajo de PM y POS.

  5. Retroalimentación 360: Conocimiento del trabajo POS vs PM 10=mala 50=Regular 70=Buena 90=Muy buena

  6. Retroalimentación 360: Cuanta comunicación recibes? 10=mala 50=Regular 70=Buena 90=Muy buena
