  5. To group or not to group - contracting • DON’T GROUP • Claim each class separately • Just because district paid for it, does not make it claimable • Make sure to have MOU or contract

  6. DCTS? – Designated Career and Tech School • DCTS vs Non-DCTS • Different administrative cost rates • Cannot claim costs if no administrator • DCTS must have at least 1 credentialed CTE director and specialist
