  1. Competition law statement • The purpose of The Connected Lighting Alliance is to promote the global adoption and growth of wireless lighting solutions by supporting open standards, for the benefit of consumers and users. • All activities, communications and discussions must be only in the furtherance of this purpose, and we must comply with applicable antitrust laws at all times. Accordingly: • Each participant should make its own independent decision about implementing a standard and how to implement this; • Each participant should refrain from disclosing or exchanging any of its competitively sensitive information including the price of their products, market share, the costs of their products or services, or the terms and conditions under which they are sold; • Each participant will adhere to the objects outlined in the written agendas for General Assembly, Board of Directors and Working Group meetings;and • Each participant shall observe all applicable competition laws and consult with appropriate counsel when needed.

  2. Code of Conduct • The ‘Code of Conduct’ gives more detailed instructions for the correct behavior during meetings of the consortium. • Please review the document • If you have any concerns on, or knowledge of, a (possible) breach of competition law, please raise them immediately with the chairman of the meeting or with the Secretary General.
