Temporary Moratorium Ordinance Public Hearing • Board Direction (October 11, 2011 Regular BCC Meeting) • Declare that there is a zoning change in progress relating to internet cafés and centers and • Authorize the County Attorney to advertise for an adoption hearing before the end of the calendar year for a moratorium ordinance establishing a six month moratorium on  the processing of applications on the internet café/center use.  • Zoning in Progress: serves as notice that County has implemented a course of action which may result in regulation of simulated gambling • Currently in Place Public Hearing of the Alachua County Board of County CommissionersNovember 8, 2011
