Taking a Videocon Prepaid connection is very simple: • Visit your nearest ‘Videocon’ Showroom/’Next’ Showroom to get a new prepaid connection. • 2You are required to carry a copy of your latest passport size photograph, address proof and ID proof..(Click here). • 3On purchasing a new Videocon connection, you will be given a Start up kit* that will contain your SIM Card, Customer Application form and a booklet giving information pertaining to the services availed. The SUK will also give the base Tariff* availed and the terms & conditions** of the services offered. • 4Select a plan that suits your requirement. Our ‘V Help’ executive will take you through the details of the plan..(Click here). • 5Please fill the Videocon CAF(Customer Application Form) with all the required details. • 6Paste your passport size photograph on the space provided in the CAF. • 7Please do a self-attestation of all the documents submitted. • 8Your signature on the CAF should match the signature on POA (Proof of Address) and POI (Proof of Identity). • 9Also mention your PAN card number in the space provided. In case you don’t have a PAN card, you are required to sign Form 60/61 (which is a part of the CAF). • 10Please pay for the plan you have selected. • 11Your Videocon Number will be activated within next 4 working hours.
