Transition Programs for Young Adults

This presentation outlines the Eagle Ray Transition Programs proposed by FGCU to enhance support for young adults with exceptional needs in Collier County Public Schools. Key initiatives include the Eagle Friends Social Club, created by FGCU Community Health students, along with the Eagle Ray Residential Summer Camp and Vocational/Academic Program in collaboration with Goodwill Industries. These programs aim to provide social, vocational, and academic resources to facilitate a successful transition to adulthood. For further details, reach out to Dr. Tina Gelpi.
