  2. The Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced or JEE – Advanced is held every year for admission to one of the 23 Indian Institutes of Technology. JEE is considered as the top common entrance exams in India, and the aspirants need to do lots of hard work to score well and get admission in one of the IITs. The result of JEE Advanced 2017 was released on 11th of June, and students should check them as soon as possible to know their rankings and enrol in the appropriate Institute.   3. Check JEE Results on Official Website: To check the JEE 2017 results, you can visit the official website and follow the below-listed steps: 1. Log on to any of the official websites that are www.jeeadv.ac.in, results.nic.in and results.gov.in. 2. Next, you can either click ‘Result of JEE (ADV) 2017’ or straightaway visit results.jeeadv.ac.in. 3. Then, key in your registration number and other important details. 4. Once you submit the needed info, your result will get displayed. 5. You can download or take a printout if need be.

  4. Check Answer Keys: Students can also check the answer keys on various sites for Paper 1 and Paper 2 and evaluate how they have performed. It was also announced that students will get 11 bonus marks for three ambiguous questions in JEE Advanced exam. Two Mathematics questions and one Physics question present in the paper were vague.

  5. Rank lists: Check your rank to know about the institution you are eligible to apply. As every IIT has its own cut off marks, you need to pay heed to your score subject-wise and overall score as well. Students can get admission as per their score and eligibility requirements.

  6. Check the counselling and allotment of seat: Once you attain the minimum marks set by the JEE board, you should check the scheduled date of counselling and furnish all the necessary documents and certificates.
