  7. On-site Security SECURITY PASS VISITING TEACHER Every adult on site is issued with a security pass. All accommodation blocks are locked every night. First Aid Centre with qualified First Aiders available 24 hours a day. All members of staff hold current Enhanced Criminal Records Disclosures. Please ensure that you wear your Security Pass clearly displayed at all times

Activity Instructors • The instructors are fully qualified and trained to deliver each activity. • As well as safety and security on session, instructors have also received training in soft skills and pastoral care. • The instructors have passed Nationally Recognised Qualifications known as NGB Awards. • The Instructors are required to pass and attend regular retraining and assessment courses throughout their time at Kingswood.

  14. Payment: Total: £103 • Can be paid in full Alternatively: • Deposit for £20:00 by Friday 27th September. • Second payment of £40 before Monday, 9th December • Final payment of £43 before Monday, 3rd March. • We will accept pupils up to Monday 31st March 2014

  15. Points of Note • Bring old, comfortable clothes that can get muddy and wet. • All clothes, shoes, bags, belongings of any kind must be named. • Please do not bring valuables of any kind. No mobile phones or MP3 players. • No aerosol deodorants • You may bring a small amount of pocket money for the souvenir shop. • Healthy food is promoted on centre. • Juice breaks are provided throughout the day, and provisions made for children with special dietary requirements
