  4. Q4 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY PORK [once again] IS THE LEADING PROTEIN IN Q4. PORK GARNERED 37% SHARE AMONG THE TOP FOUR PROTEINS AND28% SHARE AMONG ALL SIX ANALYZED. The ratio of processed pork to fresh pork coverage is about 65/35 Pork share in Q4 is up 2% since Q1 of 2011 Pork has the largest share of voice in Q4 with beef in second at 23% Once again, meatless and other proteins accounted for nearly 25% of the share of protein in Q4 of 2011 In Q4 of 2011, pork’s share of recipes decreased by 3% from Q4 of 2010; with overall share up for the year
