  7. ENTITLEMENT Serial Inquiry Enter a Serial Number Click Search

  8. ENTITLEMENT Unit Information Owner name and Install date display if the unit has been registered The Policy that displays is based on install date Registered on time flag and eligible for Enhanced is based on the Registration

  9. ENTITLEMENT Policy Details Warranty coverage starts based on the Install date of the unit Application Type (Residential, Commercial, Other Residential) may have varying policy coverage Equipment owner distinguishes coverage differences between the Original owner or the Subsequent Owner

  10. ENTITLEMENT Non Registered Unit Non Registered units do not display owner information Policy that displays is based on ICP ship date plus 90 days

  11. ENTITLEMENT Non Registered Unit Application Type for a non registered unit defaults to the most frequent Application Type (if the unit is considered Residential then it is defaulted to Residential. If the unit is considered Commercial, then it is defaulted to Commercial. You may need to call in for non-standard applications Warranty Length displayed is based on the policy in effect as of the ICP ship date plus 90 days

  13. ENTITLEMENT Supplying an install date Policy that displays is based on the purchase date you entered

  14. ENTITLEMENT Supplying an install date Warranty Length is based on the policy in effect as of the purchase date you entered

  15. ENTITLEMENT HELP Contracts If the serial you enter in Entitlement is associated with a HELP contract then the contract information will be displayed at the bottom of the Entitlement screen
